If we want to install the clinching studs well, we should pay attention to the below points:

1. One device hole of regular size is required for each clinghing studs.

.Make sure that the bottom end of the clinching studs or guide groove is in the device hole before applying device force.

.The need to apply a tightening force between parallel surfaces. The fastening force is intended to prevent change in th use of fixed fasteners and during assembly.

.The need to papply sufficient device force so that the fastening ring along the entire perimeter fully embedded and so that the boss surface and plate contact.

.Do not install rigid or stainless steel fasteners before anodizing aluminum or surfae treatment.

.Do not remove burrs at the periphery before isntalling the clinching studs. This can cost the metal used to fasten fasteners and plates.

.Do not place the shortest edge spacing in thei table closer to device clinching studs.

.Don’t over-squeeze. This will flatten the head, distort the threads and bend the board. Before mass production, the optimum device force should be confirmed by experiment.

.Do not attempt to fit the fasteners with a hammer. The hammer will not allot the plate to move smoothly and will lock into the outline of the clinching studs.
