With the development of the economy and the renovation of various technologies, riveting technology has been gradually applied in the sheet metal industry. Among them, clinch nut, and clinch screw is the most common, it rivets firmly, high efficient, easy to use. In a certain range, it has replaced some traditional welding processing methods. But in the use process, we must pay attention to the following basic requirements

1. In principle, the plates less than 1mm should not be riveted;

2. The smaller the riveting step is, the worse the riveting strength is, therefore, the step surface of the nut and screw after riveting should be flush with the plate surface (should choose the rivet nut, the height of the rivet screw step is close to the plate thickness and less than the plate thickness 0.1 ~ 0.2 mm is the best) ;

3. Pressure riveting firmness does not rise riveting, in addition to special requirements, as far as possible to choose the rise riveting nut;

4. Plate thickness greater than 3.0 mm generally do not use hexagon head pressure riveting screw, using round head pressure riveting screw;

5. The clinch nuts, and clinch screws used little; customers map the requirements of reference suppliers to provide the standard use;

6. M5 round head press rivet screw, suitable for rivet plate thickness 1.0 ~ 2.0 mm; M6 Round Head Press Rivet Screw, suitable for rivet plate thickness 2.0 ~ 2.5 mm; M8 round head press rivet screw, suitable for rivet plate thickness 2.5 mm.
