NFH/NFHS Hexagon head Self-clinching Stud is a fastener used in sheet metal products.
In the use of the process to open a small hole in the matrix, the riveting screw into the hole, using the riveting equipment even in the head flat pressure, because the head of the riveting screw under the teeth embossing, when pressed, the matrix produces deformation around the riveting screw and engages with the teeth to form a firm external thread.

The hexagon head clinching studs are different from the source. The hexagon head clinching studs are completely clamped in sheet metal by the six opposite sides of the head to prevent sliding. The production mode is directly turned by the hexagonal rod, its production cost/installation difficulty is higher than the round head self-clinching studs.
Features:
When in use, make a small hole on the sheet metal slightly larger than the thread (the specific size should match the indentation diameter of the teeth under the head of the riveting screw), and put the riveting screw into the hole, when the riveting screw is pressed into the sheet metal, the oblique embossing teeth under the head of the screw will bite into the sheet metal base to form a permanent thread.
