The questions make me feel puzzled. Then, I stoped to post and writing.
This is the 5 years I am in the self-clinching fasteners industry. I am lost myself in the repetitive work, day to day.
All of us know, do the standard clinch fasteners/ revit nuts will much easyer to communicate with our customers.
But if we only do standard clinching fasteners, how we can have a progressive.
In the past two years, we adjust our working method, try to provide our customers smaller MOQ or do sample orders.
As a traditional factory, we used to be provide services for our distributors/ importer/ wholesaler. Because there has many sizes for each fasteners. We cann’t produce every fasteners and keep each size in our warehouse. So providing serivces for our big customers, it become more easy. We just need provide they the standard clinch fasteners. We don’t need explain them too much. They have rich knowledge in this area.
On the other hand, we couldn’t provide too much help when our big customers need sample support or help to research and development of new products.
I remember that I replied many times that: Yes, we gald to offer this for you. But we need mould cost and the MOQ was 200000pcs or more…….
Then, no then…no any words.
How we can solve this?
Integrate resources, increase equipment, enrich our production process.
There will no any company can do all the business. But the most improtant is we can do our best about which we can do.
Now, we as the secondary supplier for different brand new energy vehicles.
